Multiple Witnesses Testify Against Diddy on Day Two of Federal Trial
Day two of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal trial in New York saw a growing list of witnesses take the stand, offering disturbing insights into the rapper’s alleged misconduct.
Among the first to testify was Daniel Phillip, a former male escort, who claimed he was paid thousands of dollars to engage in sexual acts with Combs’ then-girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura. Phillip recounted his experiences at Combs’ infamous “freak off” parties—gatherings now at the center of the explosive allegations against the music mogul.
As Sean Combs faces grave charges—including sex trafficking through force, fraud, or coercion, transportation for the purpose of prostitution, and racketeering conspiracy—his ex-girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, who is visibly pregnant, also appeared to address the jury. Her presence added emotional weight to the proceedings as she confronted the man she accuses of years of abuse.
Despite pleading not guilty to all five charges, a conviction could result in a sentence of life in prison for Combs.
